Villa Grizanou is a newly renovated house in the centre of the village of Amaliapolis. On the first floor it has two 70m2 air-conditioned apartments which are available for rent. Each apartment has a large open plan living room with a double sofa bed and kitchen facilites, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a balcony and an outside space where the owner plans a garden. The apartments are 100m from the seafront and about 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

Lena's Studios - holiday studios in mainland Greece
High on a hillside overlooking the village of Amaliapolis with views of the sea, you will find Lena's holiday rental studios, a group of about 4 or 5 recently built rooms. Each studio consists of a large room with 3 or 4 beds, basic cooking facilites(two electric rings and a fridge), and a bathroom. They all have individual patios/balconies anhd some have air-conditioning. In the complex there is also a sitting room and kitchen with oven which are shared by all the rental studios. Outside you will find parking and some communal garden. The holiday studios are located on the edge of Amaliapolis village and it is a 10/15 minute walk to the sandy beach and the village centre with its tavernas and cafes. They are ideal for relaxed, informal holidays.
