These 6 air-conditioned houses are new for 2009 and range in size from 44m2 (5) to 62m2 (1). They have one bedroom each, bathroom, and kitchen/living area where 2 more people can sleep. Each has its own patio/garden and parking.
Studios:
Each studio consists of a large room with 3 or 4 beds, basic cooking facilites(two electric rings and a fridge), and a bathroom. They all have individual patios/balconies and most have air-conditioning. In the studio complex there is also a sitting room and kitchen with oven which are shared by all the rental studios. Outside you will find parking and some communal gardens.
The Liopetres rental villas and studios are located on the edge of Amaliapolis village and it is a 10/15 minute walk to the sandy beach and the village centre with its tavernas and cafes. They are ideal for relaxed, informal holidays. The owners also run a small tradional hotel on the seafront in the village centre which offers standard sized rooms with ensuite bathrooms and fridges in the rooms but no cooking facilities. The Hotel Amalia has a lovely roof-top bar for residents with fantastic views over the sea.
