Villa Grizanou is a newly renovated house in the centre of the village of Amaliapolis. On the first floor it has two 70m2 air-conditioned apartments which are available for rent.  Each apartment has a large open plan living room with a double sofa bed and kitchen facilites, one twin bedroom and a bathroom.  There is also a balcony and at ground level a recently planted garden. The apartments are 100m from the seafront and about 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.
