Rental for Ground Floor apartment in Amaliapolis is the same as for one 2nd floor apartment with 5% discount to reflect lack of seaviews.

Discount available for bookings of 3 weeks or more

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rental rates include air-conditioning/heating according to season and weekly change of towels and sheets.

Deposit of 25% payable upon booking and balance of rent to be paid 8 weeks prior to occupation of accommodation in Amaliapolis.

Payment methods accepted: direct bank transfer or payments via PayPal.com

Credit and debit cards also accepted.
