The Villa
The villa can be rented as a whole for larger parties of up to 16 people but can be divided into four self-contained holiday apartments each of which can be rented separately. The accommodation is arranged as follows:
First Floor:
Spacious apartment approx. 85 sq. m in total. Large living room with seating and dining areas and well equipped kitchen. Two twin bedrooms, bathroom, with WC, washbasin and full sized bath with shower attachment, and separate cloakroom with WC., TV, DVD, VCR and washing machine. Fully air-conditioned. One large and several small balconies for relaxing on.
Second Floor:
Two simply furnished self contained apartments approx. 42 sq.m. Each accommodates up to 4 people, Each has a twin bedroom with air conditioning and a separate bathroom with full bath with shower attachment. Each also has an open plan living/ dining area with double sofa bed and well equipped kitchen area.
One has the benefit of a washing machine. Each apartment has two small private balconies of its own and both apartments have shared use of another very large balcony, helping to make the most of the wonderful sun!
These two apartments can be combined for parties up to 8 people.
Ground Floor: Garden apartment
One further holiday rental apartment approx 42sq.m for up to 4 people. Twin bedroom, bathroom with full bath and shower attachment. Open plan living/dining room with double sofa bed and well equipped kitchen. Direct access to the garden and its own entrance. There is no aircon in this apartment.
Larger parties: If you have more than 16 people in your party we can arrange/recommend additional studio type accomodation in the same village
The Garden
The garden is fully enclosed and has extensive lawned areas as well as flower borders. There is plenty of shade from the olive and other trees and a large barbeque for your use. Chose whether you eat on the balconies or in the garden itself ! In season help yourselves to figs, oranges, lemons and pomegranates growing in the garden. There is a swing seat in the garden and sometimes you may be lucky enough to see the wild tortoises which come into the garden.
There is parking for up to 3 cars.
