What does the villa offer?
The Villa
This lovely Greek villa near the sea can be rented as a whole for larger parties of up to 16 people but can be divided into four self-contained holiday apartments each of which can be rented separately. The accommodation is arranged as follows:
First Floor:
Spacious apartment sleeping up to 4 people approx. 85 sq. m in total. Large living room with seating and dining areas and well equipped kitchen. Two twin bedrooms, bathroom, with WC, washbasin and full sized bath with shower attachment, and separate cloakroom with WC., TV, DVD, VCR and washing machine. Fully air-conditioned. One large and several small balconies for relaxing on.
Second Floor:
Two simply furnished self contained apartments approx. 42 sq.m. Each accommodates up to 4 people. Each has a twin bedroom with air conditioning. The bathroom has a full bath with shower attachment. Each apartment also has an open plan living/ dining area with double sofa bed and well equipped kitchen area. This room does not have air-conditioning.
One of the apartments has the benefit of a washing machine whilst the other has the use of a washing machine in a communal area. Each apartment has two small private balconies of its own and both apartments have shared use of another very large balcony, helping to make the most of the wonderful sun!
These two apartments can be combined for parties up to 8 people wishing to holiday in this beautiful Greek seaside village.
Ground Floor: Garden apartment
The villa provides one further holiday rental apartment for up to 4 people approx 42sq.m. It has a twin bedroom with air-conditioning, a bathroom with full bath and shower attachment, an open plan living/dining room with double sofa bed and well equipped kitchen area. The living room is not air-conditioned. This apartment has direct access to the garden and its own entrance so can be suitable for people of limited mobility. It is also great if you like eating in the garden as you can just wander out and have breakfast outside under the trees (or any other meal!) Being on the ground floor it is also normally cooler than the rest of the house. The windows in this apartment look out onto the garden, but there is no seaview.
Holidays for larger parties in mainland Greece: If you have more than 16 people in your party we can arrange/recommend additional studio type accomodation in the same village
The garden is fully enclosed and has extensive lawned areas as well as flower borders. There is plenty of shade from the olive and other trees and a large barbeque for your use. Chose whether you eat on the balconies or in the garden itself ! In season help yourselves to figs, oranges, lemons and pomegranates growing in this garden. There is a swing seat in the garden for relaxing in and sometimes you may be lucky enough to see the wild tortoises which come into the garden.
There is parking for up to 3 cars and ample free parking in the village of Amaliapolis itself.
