DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

The villa is ideal for extended families or groups of friends who wish to holiday together.

There are 4 bedrooms in total plus another two living rooms which have sofabeds as well as the main living/dining room on the first floor, with 3 bathrooms and an additional w/c.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

First floor:

The accommodation on this floor consists of a large living room with seating and dining areas and well equipped kitchen. There are two twin bedrooms, bathroom, with WC, washbasin and full sized bath with shower attachment, and separate cloakroom with WC. There is air-conditioning, WiFi internet and a washing machine. You will find one large and several small balconies for relaxing on.  Enjoy the views over the olive groves whilst you take your breakfast on the balcony - magic!

Second floor:

On this floor guests will find two 'suites' or apartments which each have a twin bedroom, a bathroom and  an open plan living/ dining area with double sofa bed and useful kitchen area. The two bedrooms on this floor are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in the living areas.  

There are several small balconies and another very large balcony, helping to make the most of the wonderful sun!

The Garden

The garden is fully enclosed and has extensive lawned areas as well as flower borders.  There is plenty of shade from the olive and other trees and two barbeques for your use. Chose whether you eat on the balconies or in the garden itself ! In season help yourselves to figs, oranges, lemons and pomegranates growing in this garden.  There is also some play equipment for small children!  Sometimes you might also be lucky enough to see the wild tortoises which come into the garden.

There is parking for up to 3 cars and ample free parking in the village of Amaliapolis itself.
